Ting Xiao studied at The Ohio State University from 2010 – 2015 for her doctorate in strategic planning and business administration. Ting was drawn to Ohio State because of the students and scholars and believes hard work and an innovative spirit is the most important takeaways from Ohio State. Before Ting attended The Ohio State University, she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Xi’an Jiaotong University in China.

Ting joined Guanghua Management School after her graduation from Ohio State. She is now an assistant professor at Peking University and is still in touch with Mona Makhija, Fisher professor of management and human resources for research. Xiao helps build a closer connection between Guanghua Management School and the Fisher College of Business.
